Before entering real estate development, founder Jean Bottex established a long-standing presence in the Atlanta community through his barbershop, which has served as a consistent hub for mentorship, engagement, and local support. Over the years, he has led and supported initiatives focused on youth development, financial literacy, and family assistance—including back-to-school drives, coat drives, and the provision of free services to families in need.
Through this work, Jean developed a direct understanding of the challenges facing working individuals and families, as well as the importance of stable environments and accessible resources. His approach has always been rooted in creating spaces that promote confidence, accountability, and long-term opportunity.
That foundation now informs the work of Bottex Realty Group. Each project is approached with a focus on delivering quality housing while contributing to neighborhood stability, community continuity, and long-term growth.
